You should only need to set up any particular customizations as everything else will be linked to your account. Uninstall Snapchat, clear out any temporary files and reinstall the app again. If that doesnt work, you will have to contact Snapchat Customer Support to get help with the recovery of your account. Any file corruption, misconfiguration or issue with a setting or file can be overwritten with a new copy. If the hacker forgot to change the phone number on the account, you may be able to retrieve control of the account again. Then input the rest of your Campaign details. Reinstall the app – This is the move of last resort but can fix all manner of Snapchat issues. Create a Campaign with Advanced Create and select the Engagement or Awareness objective. Either way, make sure iOS or Android is up to date. Switch on WiFi and let your phone detect any OS updates or you could go looking for one. Update your phone OS – This is a less common issue and usually it’s because a new version of Snapchat was released to address a change in the OS and you updated the app but not your operating system. Otherwise, select Snapchat and then Update. If there are some, the store app should tell you and allow you to update everything at once. Open the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and look for updates for your apps.
